Villa Marena, located 200m from the Rémigeasse beach and close to the west coast cycle path, is a comfortable, spacious single-storey house ideal for vacations with family or friends. The first floor comprises a fitted kitchen (5-burner stove), a large living room with sitting area (1 sofa bed 140), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 3 bunk beds 90. It also has a shower room and separate WC, and upstairs a bathroom and separate WC. It is equipped with geothermal heating and can accommodate people with reduced mobility. Built on an enclosed plot of 1000m², the exterior features a 30m² terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price, as is cleaning during and at the end of your stay.
Villa Marena can be rented by the week or fortnight (rates depend on number of people and length of stay).
The owners of this house have signed up to the "Oasis Nature" charter, which aims to enhance the value of areas conducive to the preservation of biodiversity in order to recreate links between mankind and nature (more details in attachment).
