Le Vieux Puits is a 90m2 country house in the heart of the village of Les Allards, at the intersection of the oyster road and the road linking Dolus d'Oléron to Boyardville. Situated 100 meters from the free summer shuttle bus stop, it is also close to the cycle path leading to the village of Dolus and the Iléo aquatic center. This furnished apartment comprises a large, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm), a shower room (Italian shower) and separate toilet. The enclosed private courtyard features a stone well, a covered terrace, a small room adjoining a bicycle shed, garden furniture, armchairs and a barbecue.
