Quietly located 1.5 km from the town center of Château d'Oléron, with its ramparts, citadel and oyster port, surrounded by colorful craftsmen's huts, you can take advantage of a fine network of bike paths, starting less than 100 m from the house. Take the oyster route to the village beach, its lake or its daily market, 1.5 km away, or enjoy the immense ocean beaches bordered by forest, less than 4 km from the house by track or road. On site: 124 cm flat-screen color TV, microwave and minibar fridge in bedroom, dining area in house. Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. Owner's washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom is air-conditioned.
