- First floor: 3 bedrooms (140cm bed, 140cm bed, 2 190cm beds), corridor, shower room with WC, TV lounge with 2-seater sofa bed.



- No pets (no private exterior).

- Sheets and household linen not included: can be rented on request.

- Housework not included. Possibility of taking a cleaning package on request, i.e. 60 euros.

Not taking the cleaning package means returning the house in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival (tidying up, cleaning the kitchen, used appliances, sanitary facilities... dustbins emptied and clean, vacuum cleaner and floor cloth passed).

-Independent entry (key box), exit and handover of keys by a trustworthy person.
