On the surface, our two semi-detached houses look like one.
In reality, they are independent, perfect for several families who can enjoy the large shared garden, with its lovely trees and not overlooked.
Access to the summer kitchen with barbecue, shared by both houses, is via the garden.
The shared driveway is gated and the entire property is enclosed.
Both houses are south-facing, offering plenty of light.
The terraces, equipped for summer meals, feature an awning to protect you from the sun.
The environment is very quiet. Access to the beach is easy via the forest.
Cycle paths are just a few meters away. You can easily get to the center of Saint-Georges-d'Oléron via the marshes, or to Boyardville via the forest.
A heated, secure swimming pool (7m long x 3m wide x 1.2m to 1.5m deep) with balneotherapy for two adults is currently under construction.
Table soccer available.
Family rental only / all other events are prohibited and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
