This charming, bright 50m2 house is located in La Rémigeasse, a seaside hamlet on the west coast of Ile d'Oléron. It comprises a living room, dining area, fully-equipped open kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. There's a bedroom with a 160cm bed and closet, an independent storage room and, upstairs, a partially darkened mezzanine bedroom with 1 140cm bed and 2 adjustable 60cm to 120cm beds. Outside, there's a rounded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor shower and beach hut.
Close to cycle paths and a 2-minute walk from the family beach at La Rémigeasse. Short stays of 4 nights minimum possible out of season.
Private parking for 2 cars at the front of the property, enclosed garden out of sight.
