Descriptif

Come and visit us at La Menounière all year round, in our traditional winery, and if you like, we'll show you our passion and our terroir...

Initially planted with Ugni blanc for the distillation of eaux de vie to make Cognac, our vineyards have gradually been enriched with grape varieties such as Colombard for the whites, and Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc for the reds (Vins du Pays and Pineau des Charentes).

Our first cuvée of Pineau des Charentes, harvested in 2000, was bottled in 2002. Since then, we have produced, matured and bottled all our Pineau des Charentes, Cognac, liqueurs and Vins de Pays Charentais from the Ile d'Oléron.

You can also find us in season at the La Cotinière, Domino and Saint-Denis markets.
