Conserverie artisanale Maison Marthe
Descriptif
Our project is twofold. An artisanal workshop for making fresh produce and preserves, and a restaurant, the Villa Marthe, where during the summer season we offer tastings of our products.
With our team of 7 enthusiasts, we produce three product ranges inspired by our local gastronomic culture and the needs of our restaurant:
- Seafood preserves - hand-crumbled, half of which are sourced from La Cotinière
- Local charcuterie - fat-free and lightly salted
- Cream desserts - no chemical flavoring.
The guiding principle behind our production is to use the finest raw materials (which are always very generous) and to work as naturally as possible, whether fresh or preserved.
We work with a Meilleur Ouvrier de France who regularly comes to help us improve our production methods and ranges.
With my team, we make our nuggets in our workshop adjoining our butcher's bistro, the Villa Marthe. From April to the end of September, we serve our charcuterie in the charming garden of my home.
