Since 1994, the restored Halle aux vivres has been home to the permanent interactive exhibition "Brouage se la raconte!", as well as other areas dedicated to conferences, educational activities and documentary research relating to Brouage and its marshlands.

Du 26 avril au 30 juin 2024, retrouvez à l'accueil de la Halle aux vivres l'exposition temporaire "Les Fragilité(s)" installation de Jakuta Alikavazovic et Jean-Baptiste Del Amo alliant textes et photographies. Elle a pour berceau comme pour objet le marais de Brouage, espace complexe aux premières loges du changement climatique, tant par sa situation géographique que par la diversité et l’entrelac de ses usages (Partenariat Mondes nouveaux / Ministère de la Culture, Conservatoire du littoral).
