On Saturday September 23, the Cité de l'huître offers culinary workshops by chef Fabrice GASS:
- Demonstration and culinary animation on oysters.
- Cooking workshops for children.
- Tastings of products directly from the marsh.
Starting at 10:30 a.m. Activities included in admission ticket.
Giant éclade and marsh meal - Assembly of a mussel éclade cooked with pine needles.
Wine tasting. Followed by a meal featuring marsh products.
Starting at 6pm. Price: €29.50 per adult / €10 per child under 12.
